Our Michelangelo Restaurant, caracterized by star style vaults, is the ideal place in which the guest can taste national dishes and the most popular recipes from Salento.
All the ingredients and raw materials, belong to local cultivations and are strictly selected to offer the best of Mediterranean tastes.
The Giardino d'Inverno, realized in a shell of glass, is modernly furnished and particularly suitable to hold private parties and gala dinners. Both the Ristorante Michelangelo and the Giardino d'Inverno have a direct access door from the outside.
The Salone delle Feste is the Ballroom dedicated to big events and banquets; realized from a building of an old distillery with star style vaults, can hold up to 300 people and its large fireplace makes it a place warm and welcome.
The Mediterraneo American Bar is the corner in which the guest can have a break for coffees, drinks and cocktails. A selection of snacks and quick mediterranean dishes is available.
